Terms of Service

The Brotherhood Oracle is an oracle card application that delivers AI-generated readings drawn from a deck of 41 cards. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The readings on The Brotherhood Oracle are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

The Brotherhood Oracle is not a treatment for depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, addiction, or any other condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or, in an emergency, your local emergency services. In the United States you can dial or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

By using The Brotherhood Oracle, you agree that you will not hold The Brotherhood Oracle, its operators, contributors, or affiliates liable for any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience as a result of any reading, synthesis, recap, or any other content delivered by the service. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

You must be at least 13 years old to use The Brotherhood Oracle. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The free tier delivers a daily reading email and the in-app reading flow. The Plus tier ($5/month USD) adds reading history, the AI Messengers Recap, and streak milestone shareables. New Plus subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a referral code was applied at signup, both you and the referring user receive a one-month account credit upon your first paid renewal.

Do not use the service to harass, abuse, defame, or impersonate others. Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service. Do not share an account credential with others.

The card artwork, deck content, AI prompts, brand voice, and software are the intellectual property of The Brotherhood Oracle. You may share screenshots and the auto-generated shareable cards on social media in unmodified form. You may not republish the deck text or sell access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@brotherhoodoracle.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
