Privacy Policy

When you sign up for The Brotherhood Oracle, we collect your email address and the timestamp of your consent to these terms. If you choose to share your name or timezone, we store those too. When you draw a reading while signed in, we store the card IDs, your written intention (if any), and the AI-generated synthesis text.

We use your email to deliver the daily reading and account-related notices (welcome, billing, milestone, etc.). We use your reading history (paid users) to generate the AI Messengers Recap. We use aggregated, anonymous data to improve the service.

Our emails contain a tracking pixel and click-tracked links so we can measure deliverability and engagement. We use this data to detect inactive subscribers and to maintain a healthy sender reputation. You can opt out by clicking unsubscribe in any email — no questions asked.

We do not sell your data. We share what is necessary with the services we use to operate the product:

• Supabase — auth and database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic — AI inference for daily readings, syntheses, and recaps. The system prompts contain no personal data; only the deck reference, your intention text (if any), and the cards drawn are sent.
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe (for paid users) — payment processing. Stripe holds your card details; we never see them.

We use cookies for: (a) authentication (Supabase session), (b) admin access (admin secret cookie), and (c) referral attribution (storing the friend code that brought you here so we can credit them when you upgrade). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

You can: (1) export your data — email hello@brotherhoodoracle.com and we will send your full record within 7 days. (2) delete your account and all associated data — same email address. (3) unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

If you delete your account, we delete your profile, readings, and email events within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate stats may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

The Brotherhood Oracle is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, please use it only with parental supervision.

If we materially change this policy, we will notify subscribers by email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
